If you decide you no longer need a taxi, you can cancel for free.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the time your taxi was booked for, you will get a full refund within 3 to 5 working days. This will be refunded to the original payment method you used.

As with all our bookings, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before pick-up. So if you’re thinking about booking a taxi, you can always book it now, and change or cancel it later if your plans are affected.
